- Dandelion Family Counseling and Consulting is a company, not a person. Our administrative staff will read and respond to your email in a timely manner.
- We are a company that focuses on helping families. To align with our values, we respect our employees’ family time. Therefore, emails will be responded to from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Mondays through Fridays (not including holidays) only. If your email is sent outside of these times, you will receive a response on the next business day. In addition, we do not immediately respond to messages via social media.
Dandelion Coaching & Consulting is a specialized private service. Our services are NOT: therapy, counseling, mental health services, talk therapy, psychology, psychiatrist, CBT, DBT (any medical-based service) and thus cannot be submitted to insurance.
